twitter status updates fail #114

twitter doesn't allow updates with same message for some period or time.

how about putting timestamps at the end if message size allows it? Or we could 
try sending original message and change it if it fails.

we could append count but that also takes 3letters, like (1), and you could 
have time for 5 letters.
