Phone Call Missed event

I have a hard time understanding the PhoneCallStateTransition, but it looks to 
me like this occurs during the transition from RINGING to IDLE.

are you talking about phone call ended event?
well if phone state goes from ringing to idle, that means there was missed 
call, so we just don't call that phoneCallEnded.
basically what I'm trying to say is, by phone call we mean actual phone call 
when two parties talk.

anyway phone calls are missed indeed adn there is issue117 about it.

I'm talking about a missed call (one that goes unanswered).  If I miss a call I 
might want my phone to do something with that information.  Different from 
Phone Call Ended.

Sorry, let me be more clear.  This is a request for a new event.  The Phone 
Call Missed event.  It should be triggered when a phone call came in but was 
unanswered.  No relation to issue117 (that I can tell).
