Unlock attempt event #186

Would be great if an unsuccesful unlock attempt could be an event (preferably
configurable to the number of attempts). This way the phone could be shut down
(see next issue) on unsuccessful unlock.

Really useful for people that set up their encrypted phone to have a separate
encryption key and unlock code.

It would allow for a simple, convenient unlock key, whilst having a secure
encryption pin. An attacker would try to unlock a few times (most likely get it
wrong), and then the phone would shut down, where he/she must now enter the
more secure encryption key if he/she boots the phone.

This is possible with Tasker, but it's not Open Source :)
