Display QRCode on "Receive" and a value input #7

This page could display the address as a QR code. This feature should be enabled on click in some specific and suggestive place. The QR code should not be displayed by default.

The QR code can be change accordingly with the amount typed by the user, also they can insert some label as defined here:
