A splash screen when starting RapidTunes should display. The image RTLOLO.png within res/img can be used as the splash screen image for now.
Nothing fancy is required but it would be great to add a progressbar for how much of RapidTunes has been initialized. If this is not implemented right away the implementation should atleast be implemented in a way so it wouldn't be difficult to add later on.
