I'm afraid the Leonardo is the only official Arduino board that we haven't managed to get working with Snap4Arduino.
We don't know exactly what's going on, but it does not work.
Does it work for you when using the cable?

I'm sorry but I haven't got any Leonardo board... and I can't test your configuration.

I can confirm that Leonardo is working properly using USB cable. @caimunnoi you might want to check with USB cable first like @jguille2 said.
