Request sleep timer feature #60

I would like to see a sleep timer feature in NPR-android-app, please.

The option to have the app stop playing and exit after a delay would be useful.

I'd suggest making two ways of specifying the timer period:
- 15 minute increments of up to two or maybe three hours
- stop at a specified time

A related feature might also be useful: start automatically at a specified time.
