WiP for a NodeJS entity, inspired by this blog post.

TODO

[ ] Write a better example application and a Java and YAML blueprint for same
[ ] Add unit and integration/live tests
[ ] Add NodeJS native clustering
[ ] Add an HAProxy load balancer and support for Nginx
[ ] Improve GitHub repository cloning support (tags, commit ids, branches etc.)

Of your tick list, I think we just need the unit/integration/live tests for this to be mergeable.

Is git always the way to get NodeJS apps? Or is that just what you're doing here? Is supplying an archive to upload or whatever also a common way of doing it?

The git/github support could be extracted into its own helper class.
