Improve Amazon location documentation #383

Merge after Brooklyn 0.10.0 is release. See comments below.

After discussing with @drigodwin, let's hold on merging this until Brooklyn 0.10.0 is released which has the JcloudsLocationSecurityGroupCustomizer changes included. Then merge together with updating the download links in the docs (along with documenting a minimum required version).
