feat(frontend): add seo tags and fav icon to index.html #275

Proposed Changes

Adds the seo tags that @mlevi15 has on the old github.pages stie to the actual angular app. I've moved all the assets to the CDN.

Also, added a manifest.json which tells phones that the orientation for this site should be landscape.

resolves #274
