I am using version 1.6.0 but the name of a recognised person is always unknown even though they are recognised by name in the app.

In addition, the face recognition via HomeBase 3 always runs, even if the camera is set to active, home.

Via eufy-security-ws it only takes place when the camera is active, away.

Is that how it should be?

Same for me. The person name is everytime "unknown" even the eufy app says the name.

Hope that can be fixed.

I changed the settings as you described, but it wont work with my dual dorbell. It stays with unknown ;-(

Hi! Has anyone sorted this out? How to get a persons name into Home Assistent, and not just "unknown"? I'm struggling with this, but can't make it a reality.
