[Bug]: can only start camera rtsp streams once with homebase 3 #270

Describe the bug

From fuatakgun/eufy_security#950, seems to be related to Homebase 3?

Telling a camera to start streaming over RTSP (through Home Assistant) only works the first time.

To reproduce

From Home Assistant, using an S300 camera with a Homebase 3:

  1. Start RTSP stream
  2. Open camera stream - works
  3. Stop RTSP stream
  4. Press Start RTSP stream again
  5. Camera stream does not connect as the RTSP stream does not actually start.

Please post the logs from add-on, otherwise this looks irrelevant:-)

Here's a full log. There's a whole mix of errors - seems like this is also related to fuatakgun/eufy_security#753
