I am unable to craft metal bars. Per Craft Helper I have all the needed parts. Make Metal Bar is not listed in the [B] menu system. Also I noticed the WIKI suggests the Welding book gives this receipe.
The Make Metal Bar receipe is listed in the scripts\Metalurgy.txt as a Learned item.
However it is NOT listed in the media\scripts\books.txt
