With Matomo 4.7 a new option to disable the browser feature detection was introduced.

[x] An option to the site configuration to disable the browser feature detection is available.
[x] When the option is enabled the according Matomo method call is used.
[x] The documentation is adjusted.
[x] An entry to the changelog is added
