Add browser version to JavaScript error details #34

With #32 a modal with details for JavaScript errors were introduced. Sometimes it can be useful to see which specific browser versions cause a JavaScript error. If the browser version is outdated, the error can perhaps be safely ignored.

[x] The JavaScript details modal displays the versions together with the number of hits for a browser.
[x] The documentation is adjusted.
[x] A feature entry is added to the changelog.
