pixel-scroll-precision-mode does not work with rustic #533

As title says, enabling 'pixel-scroll-precision-mode' does not work with rustic. Scrolling with the mouse wheel has no effect. Curiously it works in 'rust-mode'. Any idea how to narrow down the cause?

$ emacs --version
GNU Emacs 29.1.50

with some recent update (GNU Emacs 29.1.90, rustic from straight/git) it works. Dunno what was the cause that it was broken but closing this ticket. thanks.
