Fix slide switch behavior #3

The user interface for slide switches acts as a toggle, rather than selecting the setting clicked upon. The toggle was a quick hack, and needs to be replaced by a proper implementation.

Will not fix in the GTK version. Fixed in the developmental Qt version.
