read20 should print author information #19

This is the same thing I filed over in https://github.com/PDP-10/klh10/issues/66

Since the tape format allows for author name in the dumps, it would be nice to print that out as well in -v. See above.

The version with klh10 mentions at the top More mods by Ken Harrenstien, 1992-98.. I don't know what they are, but if you can find out by comparing these versions you might as well incorporate them.
