3 years ago You can comment out msa stuff that doesn’t work
If you want to try to get it to work see the info on tinytex which is near the first use of msa.
If you try the tinytex code restart R the. Rerun the script. If that doesn’t work restart your computer.
If that doesn’t work google “install latex xxxx” where xxxxx is PC or Max. The instructions aren’t great but it’s not too horrible
