Connection timeout #170

I’m using the last updated, and the issue where people get timeout, after trying to solve the issue realized that having a lot of streaming assets in your server starting in your cfg after MySQL-async generates the problems, so if you have this problem just start the streaming assets before MySQL-async and the red timeout goes away..
