Fix transfer function crash on initializing the volumes

Initializing transfer function visualization crashed when there was no selected row from the on transfer function tables.
Fixed oceanography color map crash. It needs to be places in the same folder where the executable resides.
Added cmake instruction to copy colormap folder to superbuil/install_${PLATFORM}/bin
