fix(collaborations): update computational-biology tags #113

I am restructuring the collaborations yamls, and need y'alls input on the computational biology tags. For now, I put a placeholder (computational-biology), but perhaps you could fill in with more useful/specific tags. Thanks!

@aguang @JRWallace @ashokrags @j-stat This change is now live. If in https://ccv.brown.edu/our-work/collaborations you filter by computational-biology you'll notice that both the department and tags (yellow and blue respectively) are the same, which is not very informative. It would be nice if you go through your collabs and tag them better. Thank you!
