Is there a process to get new employees on the website?

@ljwolfe1: We usually have Ashley take a picture, since she has the best camera. Apart from that, we just assemble the information above (i.e., title, UUID, GitHub username, etc.).

For a number of reasons, if there is a bottleneck, it's the photo. I think most people don't like getting their picture taken; and the onus generally falls on them.
