Reproduce

• configure EM and survey instrument
  • install EM
  • create 2 sets of rdc instruments w/in designer:
    • 1. file upload field type w/ IMAGEVIEW action tag (i.e., for image view)
    • 2. notes box field type w/ IMAGEANNOTATE="{image view var name}" action tag (i.e., for image annotation)
  • navigate to Applications > External Modules > Configure for the EM
    • click + to configure one or more file-upload fields
    • for each Field with attachment entry, select the image view variable name you assigned
• navigate to Data Collection > Add / Edit Records
  • click + Add new record
  • upload and annotate first image
  • upload second image
