feat: annotation render #35

This PR loads the annotation options on render.

Assuming the click still works if you want to reopen the annotator? Does this also show the annotations immediately when reviewing the form?

The click does still work if you want to reopen the annotator and the annotations do show immediately when reviewing the record in redcap. On the redcap record side, you do have to accept the annotations for it stay. Otherwise, if you exit the annotations will disappear, but will reappear if you click the image. (see demo below)
