The module doesn't work - it's producing an error in the browser's console saying that:
ImageAnnotator.js:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
I traced down the issue to line 280 of the ImageAnnotator.php file - the name of the js-file being referenced is not the same as the file's name in the JS folder.
