PDF annotation documents' wrappers are mispositioned in Freeform View #707

The misalignment occurs when the PDF is in a freeform collection, and makes it difficult to resize, link, and use other functions on the document

I am not able to replicate this. Can you confirm that you're on master and started with a clean database. Then can you provide the steps you took?

Sorry, I'm also not able to replicate this. (Also, I was working on browndash)
