PDF highlight selection #712

A highlight created by selecting an area of the pdf can be selected and the context menu can be brought up and right-clicked, but one created as a text selection can't. I think these behaviours should be the same. I'm trying to use highlights as pushpins but can't figure out how to do it / if it can be done with the text highlight. image image

unfortunately, text highlights are not rendered as documents, so they don't share in the infrastructure that would support making them pushpins. I think it would be reasonable to rethink annotations so that they would be rendered as documents since they are backed by documents.
