Added documents to shared collection not showing up. #755

Image 1 is from me, where I've added documents to a collection Anika has shared with me with edit access. Image 2 is from Anika, where the documents I've added aren't showing up, despite her having admin access to them. When I added documents to her shared collection, they showed up on my alias and on the original document in the shared docs menu, but didn't show up for her.

My understanding of this is that this is either a network issue or an issue with Anika's laptop (which was playing up a little), because adding documents, annotations etc locally makes them show up instantly on the sharer's screen.

this needs to be investigated more. I think that if you were both adding annotations to the collection at the same time, this could happen. So one question is what happens when you both refresh your browsers -- which common state to do you end up with?

If I remember correctly, after refresh, we ended up with a situation in which she still couldn't see the annotations but I could.
