Toggle Overlay Layer #771

I was looking at my recently closed in the left menu strip and then I clicked "Toggle Overlay Layer" in the top bar and my entire screen went white and nothing from dash appeared or was clickable.

I just refreshed and the toggle overlay layer option isn't there anymore but everything else is normal.
