Link on document that fills layout tab appears underneath '+' or '-' button for collapsable menu

The link (blue circle) that appears on the bottom left of documents still appears on the bottom left if the document takes up the whole Golden Layout Tab.

I think it could be confusing because it is right next to the '+' or '-' button for the collapsable menu and could mistakenly be seen as part of the collapsable menu.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a link from the top-level document(tested with Schema and Freeform) to any other document
