Sidebar comment goes out of bounds #839

When creating a new sidebar comment, the sidebar can go out of bounds of the PDF area, and text doesn't automatically reflow to new lines, but overflows out of bounds

This is an issue, but not really a bug but a feature request. Still, it's annoying -- don't think it will get fixed.
