Cannot view students' links to text #846

For annotations linked to PDF text anchors, I don't see a blue dot on the annotation, and when I click the blue-highlighted text, no link is followed. (I am 80% sure that this is an annotation linked to text, and not just a blue highlight.)

was this a newly created annotation, or maybe one that was made yesterday?

this was likely made late last night, will those annotations not work now?

a decent percent of all links made yesterday will no longer work. there was a problem where things were being overwritten in the DB that should be resolved now with my latest DB pushes.
