Sharing Menu very slow to become responsive #848

When opening the sharing menu, it opens and then Dash freezes, and it's a 40+ second delay for Dash to become responsive again. It's also been the case that Chrome tells me the page is unresponsive, and the following has also happened:

image Reminiscent of an exception, but with nothing in the console. This seems to happen whenever I go to a different tab while Dash is unresponsive and then come back.

Edit: this actually seems to be happening every time I leave the tab and return to it. The time it takes for it to go from the white screen to Dash again varies.

Testing with everyone else has shown that everyone else is also having the same issue of Dash's sharing panel freezing and becoming unusable.
