GroupMembership does not dynamically update for remote participants. #853

If you share a document to a group, then add a member to it, the new members will not get a notification for the doc until after they have refreshed the screen. 

Additionally, if you then remove a member from a group, they will continue to have permissions for the document until they refresh their browser.
