[rms] Failed import with no error message #872

Attempt to import a .mov file brought up the moving green dots but did not import the file. No error message, just no results.

importing a .mov file is fixed. however, displaying an error when an uknown file type is uploaded is not fixed.

Importing a large (545MB) .mp4 file, green dots showing, fails with no message but importing a small (13MB) .mp4 file succeeds.

importing a large file will take a long time, but should not fail. if you import an invalid file, you should now get an error message.
