Reoccurance of slide reordering bug in trails #885

When I attempt to move a slide to a different place that is below a particular slide it puts it above the slide. I've made a movie showing that.

you need to make your youtube videos either public or unlisted. currently they are set to private.

you can also try again since I fixed the code but hadn't pulled it onto browndash or dash-release. it's there now.
