Cannot drop websites into Dash #892

Dragging the URL of the website into Dash, by click-dragging on the lock to the left of the URL, initially has the green + but when dropped into Dash nothing happens. It was working yesterday as I built the Poetry collection.

try refreshing the browser, nothing has changed with this functionality.
