Steps to reproduce:
(1) Reload dash on an empty workspace
(2) Add a few things
(3) Drag one bookmark view onto your collection (works as normal and can be moved) - in order for step 4 to happen you have to click on the first bookmark that you have created
(4) Drag another one - this time it appears as a large square in the top left corner
When the large bookmark view square is there - it is not possible to move any of the other documents in the collection.
The bookmark can be deleted but then all bookmarks created afterwards seem to have the same problem - perhaps an issue with the template - reload does not fix this.
