Disclose document body dragging w/o embedding vs title dragging w/ embedding #915

Trying to drag a text note from elsewhere in the freeform collection onto an image in the same freeform collection

It does not get added to the overlay layer of the image - is this an intentional choice? Note: At some times (very rarely) it gets added into the overlay lay of an image - and then becomes part of the image.

Texts can be embedded on images only by dragging the title bar. Dragging the body does not embed the image. This is intentional, albeit obscure. Dragging by the body often resulted in unintentional embeddings, so dragging by the title became the explicit way of requesting an embedding. Would be good to disclose this in some better manner....
