Filters icon #954

I'm trying to place an icon in a corner of a collection to indicate whether there are filters applied or not, but I can't find any one position that works for all types of views. @bobzel do you have any ideas?

Can we just have a dog ear icon on the top right ?

It would need to be available in nested collections as well since one nested collection could have filters applied while others don't - so should this be in DocumentView?
