link flyout instead of floating link description #1087

When you make a link, use flyout instead of floating the link document. The flyout should probably just be a modified version of the link editor pane. Ideally make text selected when opened for quickly entering a description. Maybe add "..." for minimizing the UI if you just want to make a lot of simple links without the popup constantly coming up.

Also, want to add DocumentView of Link description to Link Properties box.

Should include a UI for Buttonizing the link.
