Existing issues with Pen & Touch

• [x] docking groups crashes Dash

• [x] tapping images doesn't select them -- looks like the tap event goes through to the main collection

• [x] images & other docs don't move when they are selected first

• [x] panning and zooming is broken

• [x] right click context menu appears on hold (this was fixed in the past by changing the type of pop up menu to something else)

• [x] marquee activates during pan & zoom sometimes

• [x] scrolling vs moving pdf got messed up again

• [x] marquee-created groups & collections are wrong dimensions

• [ ] Copying/Making instance from touch context menu doesn't look like it works because copies disappear on drag (sometimes doesn't work at all?)

• [x] no support for annotations

• [ ] doc decorations don't update properly (if another doc is dragged, it looks like the old one is still selected)
