Export to HTML Bug #1514

The titles of the actual HTML files should be or at least contain the libraryElementId of the exported library element. If not, we run into issues where using the same name twice (I.E. Untiitled Text) we can't access all the exported elements.

Another related bug: When you do your loop-prevention algorithm, you are checking against duplicate library element controllers. This doesn't work because if I want to export the following, it will end my trail early: image Please check against Element Controllers/models/ID instead
