ElementModel access type is not being set correctly for text nodes placed on private collections #1538

the access type of the elemetn model is public, it should be private, the access type of the library elment model is private so we can work around this for now.

@murrayLuke @nchoi @vanyacohen Closing this issue, wanted to inform you three what I told luke yesterday, we no longer use alias Access Settings. That is left over from Version 1.0 of acl's. We only want to use Library element model ACL's as of now. Thanks
