Add a version of the pop-up without the zooming gestures on the Will pages #1139

We discussed that we should create a different version of the informational pop-up to be displayed in the Will that does not have the finger icons with the pinch-zoom and drag directions, so that users do not think that they are able to zoom in on the Will.

@mirandachao we need to discuss this too.

@lucyvk please review - we put in a new image with a more specific drag/pinch zoom section, so I think it's unnecessary to have a whole different image for the pop up
