Custom maps show up zoomed out

• Hide Bing map
• Import custom map
• When the custom map first loads in the viewer it is small and not centered
• As soon as you start interaction, the map corrects

Yes. This happens when there are custom maps and the Bing map has been disabled. For some reason (involving sea dragon and viewers and things) the image shows up zoomed out in the bottom left and only centers upon interaction. This is similar to the problems we have with artworks and associated media not centering when coming out of split screen mode. We used to show the Bing map with an overlay before the custom map as a fix for this but users have complained about having to scroll past the disabled map, so I made it automatically hide. I haven't taken look at this issue since it came up before but as far as I know no one could find a fix.

@nbowditch another issue that is possibly a Seadragon problem in the end, but could you take a look?

Haven't seen this happen since updating to OpenSeadragon in the Artwork Viewer @JessicaFu this is worth testing though
