Autolinker not defined #172

Occasionally when loading the web app, the server change button doesn't work, and I get an Uncaught ReferenceError in the console saying "Autolinker is not defined." It works again when I reload.

@tanaypadhi I haven't noticed this -- have you seen it recently? I moved the autolinker directory into js/utils a day or two ago, and I think I updated all paths to it, so there shouldn't be any issues. If you see it again, go ahead and assign someone.
