Add back autohyperlinking #203

Autohyperlinking was implemented at one point and resided in LADS.Util before the great merge. @surbhimadan1995 you add that functionality back in? Most notably before the merge the link in the splash screen description was automatically hyperlinked so if you go back to older files you could look to see it in action there.

@JessicaFu i doubt i would be able to get this done by thursday .... can someone else possible take this on? I could try to look into this if i still have time before thursday, but I can't guarantee this one ..

Ready to review. Auto-hyperlinking should be working on the web app and disabled on the win 8 app.
