ganache-cli -> ganache for Development/development network #23

Hi All!

I tried react-mix today and there was issue with development network.

I'm using ganache installed via "Homebrew"

As "ganache-cli" is replaced with "ganache" in this version, I deleted "development" network and add with the option "cmd=ganache"

I hope there will be solution for this issue

You need to use the Ganache GUI
